He is a certified electrician, air conditioning and refrigeration technician, and automotive mechanic, illustrating his hands-on approach and problem-solving acumen.
Francisco's career is marked by over 17 years of service at the US Embassy, where he excelled as a Supervisor and Trainer. During this tenure, he acquired multiple certifications in business administration, enhancing his ability to lead and develop others professionally. His military service in the Belize Defense Force as an aircraft technician for 8.5 years with qualifications from the Royal Air Force in Cosford, England, further underpins his discipline and dedication to social development.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Francisco has been a pivotal figure in his church community, serving as the head elder for 12 years. In this role, he has significantly contributed to the growth of the church's infrastructure, social, and economic standing, while nurturing young people and families. His commitment to community service is paralleled by his passion for sustainable living and farming, which he practices diligently in his spare time.
