One-Day Introductory Workshop

This workshop offers select benefits of the broader Conscious Team Building & Mindful Leadership framework, while remaining intentionally distinct from the multi-day certification program. It is suited for teams that value reflection, connection, and renewal, and prefer an immersive experience without the commitment of a full certification course.
The one-day workshop focuses on:
Strengthening positive team spirit and shared purpose

Enhancing interpersonal relationships through basic understanding of temperament and personality tendencies
Improving communication, empathy, and cohesion within teams
Managing workplace stress and emotional pressure

By the end of the one-day workshop, participants will be able to:

Does not register within the certification or assessment database

Level 1 (Foundation) is designed as the entry point into conscious leadership and team building. This level focuses on developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and conscious communication as the foundation for healthy relationships and effective leadership in both professional and personal contexts.
Rather than emphasizing technical models or personality diagnostics, Level 1 prioritizes practical, human-centred tools that help individuals manage themselves under pressure, communicate with clarity, and respond to challenges with intention rather than reactivity. The skills developed at this level are universally applicable across roles, industries, and organizational structures.

Level 2 (Advanced) is designed for leaders who are responsible for people, teams, and organizational outcomes. Building on the self-awareness and regulation foundations established in Level 1, this level focuses on applied leadership, team dynamics, and navigating complexity within organizational systems.
At this stage, leaders move beyond personal awareness into diagnostic and strategic application, learning how to observe patterns, interpret behavior, and lead diverse teams with clarity, inclusion, and ethical responsibility.
Level 2 concentrates on:

Level 3 (Master / Facilitator) is designed for senior professionals responsible for organizational culture, people systems, and long-term leadership sustainability. This level focuses on strategic stewardship of leadership and team dynamics, advancing participants’ capacity to influence organizations at a systems level.
Building on the applied leadership and diagnostic insights developed in Level 2, Level 3 equips participants with the skills to assess temperament–job fit, strengthen performance management, and embed conscious leadership practices across organizations. This level also serves as the qualification pathway for facilitators and trainers, enabling participants to deliver the Shechem leadership and team-building certification programs within their organizations or externally, in accordance with established standards and governance.

By the end of Level 3, participants will be able to:

Certification & Progression Overview (Levels 1–3)
The Conscious Team Building & Mindful Leadership program is a fully accredited, multi-level certification pathway designed to develop leadership capability progressively—from foundational self-awareness to advanced organizational stewardship and facilitation.
The program consists of three sequential levels. Each level builds upon the previous one and must be completed in order.
Level 1 (Foundation) must be completed to enroll in Level 2 (Advanced)
Level 2 (Advanced) must be completed to enroll in Level 3 (Master / Facilitator)
Levels may not be taken independently or out of sequence
This structure ensures depth, integrity, and consistency in learning and application across the certification pathway.
Each level within the program is:
Fully certified
Assessment-based
Professionally validated
Certification at each level is awarded upon:
full attendance,
active participation, and
successful completion of the level-specific assessment process.
Upon successful completion of each level, participants receive:
a Certificate of Completion, and
an Official Transcript of Completion.
All certified participants are:
registered within the accredited certification database, and
issued a formal learning record reflecting level, completion date, and competencies covered.
Qualification to become a licensed facilitator or trainer of the Shechem Leadership & Team Building Certification Program requires the successful completion of Level 1 (Foundation), Level 2 (Advanced), and Level 3 (Master / Facilitator).
In addition to completing all three certification levels, facilitators and trainers must obtain formal authorization to use, deliver, and reproduce program materials.
To deliver the program and use its proprietary learning materials, facilitators must:
Hold active certification status across all three levels
Obtain a Facilitator License Agreement issued by Shechem Co. Ltd.
Be registered within the Facilitator Accreditation Database
Adhere to established ethical, governance, and delivery standards
