The Fifth Element Consulting conducted confidential one-on-one sessions with selected RF&G Middle Management representatives to assess workplace communication, collaboration, leadership support, and organizational cohesion. The findings complemented the company’s previous Corporate Culture Assessment with Top Management, providing deeper insight into how culture and leadership practices are experienced across management levels.
The engagement produced a Communication & Organizational Cohesion Assessment Report, identifying organizational strengths, communication and process barriers, cultural and behavioural patterns, and practical opportunities to strengthen accountability, collaboration, leadership development, and organizational alignment.
