Administrative & Events Coordinator
Gloria Lemus is an accomplished Administrative & Events Coordinator with a robust background in managing complex administrative and financial operations. Joining The Fifth Element with a wealth of experience, Gloria has demonstrated exceptional skill in logistics coordination and stakeholder communication through her significant role as the Administrative & Finance Officer for the LAIT UP BELIZE! project from January 2021 until November 2024. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in advancing the Energy Access objective in Belize, coordinating logistics and planning multiple capacity-building workshops within the energy sector.
Gloria's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Economics, which has equipped her with the analytical skills needed to manage diverse administrative challenges effectively. Her prior experience at the European Union's BAM TVET Capacity Building Project and other initiatives highlights her ability to handle demanding projects and facilitate essential training and development programs.
