• Organized and managed the four phases of the HOTBOX project from inception to completion.

Role: Stakeholder Facilitation and Communications Support

Key Contributions:

• Managed all correspondences and data collection for stakeholder focus group events and the Internal UB SWOT assessment sessions. 

• Organized event planning and created communication materials for stakeholder engagements. 

• Collaborated with Energy Consultant Jeffrey Locke to provide necessary support. 

• Formulated the stakeholder contact list and set up online forms for data collection. 

• Liaised with correspondents for feedback and engagement. 

• Supported dialogue during focus group sessions.

• Facilitated effective stakeholder engagement for the development of the University of Belize's Energy Center project.

• Successfully organized the Women in Renewable Energy (WIRE) public awareness campaign. 

• Coordinated a recognition awards ceremony celebrating the accomplishments of five distinguished Belizean women in the energy sector. 

• Conducted and recorded video interviews to showcase the journeys and perspectives of these women.
